Hi I’m Gary and I work, live and play in Portland Oregon.
Work: Senior Web Developer, BDC Advertising. The primary development technologies I use on a daily basis are PHP, xHTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, and SQL. I primarily develop database-driven websites powered by PHP and MySQL on Apache and feature W3C-validated, cross-browser and cross-platform capable xHTML markup and CSS.
Live: My wife Tia and I bought our first house in SE Portland back in Feb 2007. We live with our two dogs, Sammy (Jack Russel) and Malibu (Runt Rednose). We’re pretty content staying here in our 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher for a few more years, but next place will have a little more between us and the neighbors, lol. Ahhh, gotta love the colorful characters that reside in SE Portland… 
Play: I live primarily for the camping trips to the dunes that Tia, I, our friend and family go on with our fleet of 7 Yamaha Banshees. We have a blast riding the trails, cruising the beach and enjoying one of Oregon’s unique coastal scenes. We’ve been doing it at least a half dozen times a year for about a decade or more. Good times!
